  Horrible customer service. Lazy employees that don’t want to do their job. I have had terrible experiences the last three times I’ve been here. Will never return to this branch even though it is the closest to my home. Makes me want to move our multiple business accounts to another bank completely.

  Bob Guyer is the Branch Manager here and he is AWESOME! He has been beyond excellent in assisting our business transition banks. He responds quickly, is very kind, and will even drop paperwork off to our door so we don't have to step away. I would highly recommend this location!

  My husband and I received over $500 in coins from my father as a Christmas gift. Thinking we could save the employees time, never having had that amount of coins before, we counted and wrapped them ourselves. When we get to this certain bank we unloaded the coins onto a tellers counter. Michelle came and rudely said we have to unwrap them and move it all from the tellers counter for other customers. She was rude and condescending. She made me feel like, "how did we not know that they can't accept rolled coins." However, Daniel, the teller was very pleasant and helpful. As was everyone else there.

  Usually use the window and get pretty decent service but the ATM is something they need to keep up on. Disappointing

  I hate this branch with a passion (but love US Bank in general and its the closest one to me. If you go during slow times no one is at the drive thru (even though the signs say open) and I have waited 10 minutes, while looking on my phone to find the number to call someone came. The tellers also don't do well with bill denominations... which is scary because its a bank. We follow Dave Ramsey and use mostly cash, so I come through to get X in 20's X in 10's and so on... didn't check before I left today!
