  Cathy, the Branch Manager, is the real deal! She has helped me on numerous occasions and is the epitome of someone who cares about her community. When I opened up my small business account at Commerce, she took the time to explain everything to me and was patient while I asked dozens of questions. She's continued to provide help and is extremely quick to respond whenever I reach out. Her customer service is exceptional and I am so glad she is the one leading the team of employees at this location!

  The staff at Commerce Bank's location on Wakarusa exceeds expectations. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Anytime I come in with a problem or question I am impressed by their quality of customer service, and ability to help me understand everything. I really feel like I have control of my banking experience.
