  I had a great experience with Melanie Morris at the South Iowa location in Lawrence, KS. She helped me with my auto loan and all the necessary documents. She was very patient with all my questions and gave me great care throughout the process. I was very comfortable completing everything with Melanie and Envista Credit Union! Thank you.

  Taylor Shamburg helped refinance my car loan over the phone and by email. They were incredibly responsive and had helpful answers to every question I had. I've moved out of state but keep banking at Envista CU because of their great products and staff like Taylor.

  Wow! Outstanding! These are just a couple of words that can describe the service and attention to detail Envista provides to her customers. I have had my car loan here for many years, but I banked at landmark.... because my entire family banked there, for 20 plus years. At Christmas I tried to deposit my children's Christmas checks, from my parents Landmark checking, into my account to transfer into their 529 college fund. The teller took 40 minutes and came back to the window to tell me my minor children needed to endorse the checks otherwise they could not deposit them. I was floored. When I called the "Manager," and I use that term very loosely, she told me that it was procedure and that the teller did everything correctly. I asked her what happened to the customer service and why that bank had fallen so far from grace. She told me I was not suited to bank there and she was going to close all four of my accounts and send me a check to take to another bank where I might fit in better. At the time I didn't realize what a wonderful idea that was, but it lead me to Janell at Envista. This woman goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and informed about all the accounts and how to go about transferring your money into a new account. She is the epitome of the title manager. I am so grateful for all she has done to help me and for knowing the correct procedures in banking for me and especially my children! Thank you Janell, for your patience, kindness and most importantly your sweet disposition every time I drive through! I am absolutely thrilled to be a member of such an amazing group of people!

  UPDATE: Envista has contacted me and is helping me through this. Please give my thanks to Amanda Merryman for reaching out and helping me with getting things in line for my purchase. I'm so happy that this has been cleared up as Envista had been amazing through my last purchase and I did not want to go through another lender. Trying to buy a new vehicle and no one answers the phone on Saturday? Says you’re open till 1pm? Are you not reporting to the credit reporting agencies? That would have helped! Takes forever to get back to their customers by phone, only getting answers by email during the week.

  Hi Michelle, our contact center (AKA phone team) is available Monday through Friday. Our Saturday hours are drive thru only. We know your time is valuable and we try to make every accommodation to get our members what they need when they need it. We can always set up loan preapprovals ahead of the weekend and we work with many dealerships to offer financing at their locations as well.   I've banked with Envista since I was 12 - my first bank account! As I grew, they provided me with tons of options that were best for me at every point. Recently, I've had the pleasure of working with Secily Rees @ the Lawrence branch. She's helped my family with financing for home repairs, auto loans & we have plans to refinance our mortgage with her too in the near future. She is more like a personal financial advisor that I can just text to run ideas past & get advice on than a typical bank employee. It's personal relationships like this that give Envista an undeniable advantage over any corporation. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bank, hands down.
