  Michigan Mortgage Exchange provided me an excellent experience throughout my home buying process. Mr. Morton was professional, helpful and very thorough. He would make himself available to answer any questions that I had. He would also keep me informed and updated during the process. The continuous communications regarding what was needed from me allowed him to get my application processed and approved within a few short weeks.   I have no bad words for this company they got me in my new home within 30 days there were some bumps along the way but Darryl and his daughter Zoe fought hard to make sure my deal went through!   Darryl is the bomb!!! He went above and beyond to get me closed when no one else could do it before Christmas. I will recommend him to anyone because he knows what he is doing and genuinely want to see you in your home. I closed Dec 1, 2021 and was able to enjoy Christmas and New Year's in my new home.   I recently purchased a condo & Darryl Morton showed me the epitome of professionalism. This man went above & beyond his call as a Mortage broker. His tenacity & patience are bar none. I needed help & I needed guidance. This gentleman took me under his wing & made my mortage happen & it happened faster than I thought it would.   We recently had a mortgage late on a property that we cosigned for. This caused our credit score to be lower then the required 620 and with the recent mortgage late we could not get approved for the FHA loan. Instead of declining our loan Darryl worked with us to put a plan in place to pay down one of our credit cards and encouraged us to wait a month until the mortgage late was outside of 12 months. Now our score is up and the mortgage late will not affect our approval. Looking forward to him resubmitting our loan and closing in less then 10 to 14 days. Thanks
