  I had a terrible time banking here and would not recommend it to anyone. The banking app is unreliable. You can hardly login. Remote deposit never works. So you usually have to go to the bank where there is a horrible rude lady that works window that acts irritated by everyone and everything. As well as every time I went in for something important there was never a super visor on duty to approve the transaction.

  I have banked there for 42 years and have never had a problem....Always polite and eager to help. The staff is totally amazing. Wish they had more locations though for ATM's.

  The tellers are nice. Staff is mostly nice. My husband and I had banked with them for the past year and a half now. Never had a problem with my account. However, last month my account was closed without me or my husband having any knowledge of it. I was told that they sent us letters, which we never received (and yes I do have a good address). They claimed we had left my account overdrafted for more than 45 days from the date of Sept. 23, 2021. Our account has never been overdrafted that long. The overdraft was paid with mine and my husband's direct deposits about 2 weeks after September 23rd. Not over 45 days like they claimed. And for that our account was closed and we had to reopen and pay almost $300 even though I didn't think we were at fault. Other than that we have had positive experiences. But for now on, we will monitor our account better.

  My work doesn’t do direct deposit and the banking app is unreliable. Remote deposit never works if I can even log in, so I have to physically come through the drive through. Everyone who works here is really nice and helpful with the exception of one rude teller who apparently does not like me and gets agitated every time I ask to use a pen.

  I have been a member since 1992 and nothing but positive experiences with this financial institution. The management climate is customer focused that fosters the cultivation of relationships. Great place to do business!!!

  I went into the drive-thru to deposit a check. The "open" sign was on and a teller was standing at the window, so I turned to ask for a pen. She immediately turned the speaker on, glared at me, and said, "it's gunna be a minute," then turned the speaker back off and continued to do what she was doing. No greeting or even a smile. Worst customer service experience ever.

  Been with them for a little over a month. I am very pleased with the service I'm getting. Wish they were open a few hours on Saturdays, but I'm okay with what I have received so far.

  Although this site says the drive thru is open till 6p.m., they aren't. I pulled up at 5:47 and was told by the teller that they were closed, after having driven there a distance of at least 8 miles, as this is their only location. I would never have an account here.
