My bank account is frozen because I have 13k deposited into my bank in three months time that were not my work paychecks. I thought that was the point of a bank account to have all your money wired and deposited into your account. Why do I have to be questioned about where my payments are from when I call and ask for help. And the fraud person who works in the back of the branch doesn’t care to help just adds fuel to fire. He is part of the problem. Than they tell me they don’t want my money at their bank. To come get it or they are going to send it to me in a cashiers check. U have lost a customer forever but I can tell in their attitude on the phone that they didn’t care. Please if you make good money don’t put your money in this bank!!!!!! they will question you about simple deposits and if you don’t want to answer they drop you!!!

I work for a company that has a business account with City National Bank. I am in there often and must say that the professionalism and service provided by Leslie Phillips is amazing! Always a welcomIng smile and a great attitude of service to your customers. She goes the extra mile to help with any problems I may encounter. It's truly a pleasure to deal with her!

After many years of pretty decent service, about which I had no complaints, they suddenly took a nose dive recently. First, I was charged $250 to cash a check that was from a reputable source and for which funds had been verified already by phone. Then, they randomly decided to start sending all of my deposits back to their source, while placing an indefinite hold on my account, all without any real explanation to me as to why this was done. Since Social Security will place a hold on your account if a deposit is returned, and getting ahold of them to do what needed to be done to correct my situation was beyond difficult, we were deprived of our main income for several months in a row, causing serious financial hardship. When SSI was able to change things on their end finally, they did say that some deposits might still go to City National before the changes I requested would take place. I went into the bank (repeatedly) to see what they wanted so as to quit returning my daughter’s orphans benefits when they came in. First, they said just her birth certificate, so I brought that and was prepared with whatever else they might ask for. Then, they started asking me for things that simply don’t exist. Court paperwork showing I’m her rep payee. I never went to court. She’s under 18 and she was already living with me when her father passed away. So, then they asked for the rep payee paperwork, which I gave them. They said it didn’t prove anything. Do they even know what rep payee paperwork looks like? Apparently not, since I put it in front of them and they shoved it back at me. Finally, I took out an old bank statement and asked them to read it to me, as it literally states on the deposit that comes in that I am the rep payee for my daughter. Right there on the same deposit that they’ve been receiving for the last 8 years to this account and just now want to question? I think I made it pretty clear that I will be putting my attorney in touch with the bank president if the deposits do come in and are sent back by the bank again. This is a bunch of nonsense. They have absolutely destroyed our financial situation and many aspects of life and caused much undue stress over the last few months with any provocation. I wouldn’t use this bank again if it was the only bank left in America. I try to keep my business local, but this is one case where I’ll no longer do that. Horrible service!

Great bank to take care of all your needs. Leslie, the Branch Manager is wonderful. She set up my first account years ago when she was at another location. Since then I have added a savings account that rounds up your debit card purchases and puts the change into the account. She also helped me set up the mobile app on my phone. She is a valuable asset to the City National Branch. Go see her to set up an account!

I've been a long time customer of City National but the only reason I've stayed with City National is because of Mrs. Leslie Phillips, Branch Manager. She first serviced my wife and I at the Gore branch and now she provides the same excellent customer service and professionalism at the main branch that she has shown since day one. City National should be more than thankful that she is a part of their team! Message to other customers...if you are considering leaving City National, check her out at the main branch before you go. Guarantee you will be satisfied!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Justin Freese for his extraordinary customer service at the Lawton City National Bank. Justin shows strengths in leadership, knowledge on all the services CNB offers, and not to mention I don't ever recall a time he couldn't get the job done. My only sadness is CNB isn't here in the Corpus Christi/Houston, TX area. With Justin's positive attributes and the team would absolutely excell here! In fact, not long ago I found an old piece of mail from CNB and I was instantly worried. I contacted Justin and he immediately got on it and let me know not to worry all was well! Justin certainly deserves a pat on his back and I hope CNB sees what an incredible asset they have in Justin! No matter the time he makes himself available to cheer on CNB and help with educational banking needs. So folks, if you're looking for a knowledgeable banker wether it's personal, car finance, checking, savings, or whatever you questions go see him! In the words of Justin, there is NEVER a dumb question. ASK AWAY. Rest assured you're in good hands the City National Bank way! 🙏 Thank you for your incredible service Mr. Justin Freese in Lawton,OK.
