      Very friendly and community oriented. I gave only 4 stars because the times posted on line here are incorrect and this is the 3rd time I've gone to get service at the drive up window and it was closed. Your drive up window closes at 1PM on Saturday!!! Why is it STILL listed as 2 PM??? Please fix this. Time on a Saturday is precious.

      They never empty their trash for their atm. And their receipts don't print properly. This is an update 2 months later. They emptied their trash 1 time since my complaint. Now the atm has been full for 3 days and I can't deposit my money. The whole reason I chose this bank was 24hr atm and they obviously don't care about their customers. Inside staff doesn't help either. Took 2 people a good 30 minutes to figure out how to empty the coin counter and reset it.

      Awful bank. I wasted my time. Asked me for all these docs for nothing. Why they wasted my time if they knew I didn't qualify. ?Why bother asking me for all these docs. When I called the loan processor, she did not even have the courtesy to call me back. Poor business ethics.
