  Lily is so awesome!!! Although they have all new staff, the standard of Community and personal banking is still alive and well.

  Unfortunately the atm's aren't operational anywhere near tacoma. =/ probably changing banks to a credit union.

  Went to do a quick deposit for work and a teller scoffed at me and gave me attitude for not knowing certain procedures. I’m not a banker it’s not my job to know... hoping I don’t run into her again next time
