  All the employees at Columbia Bank are always most polite, friendly and helpful. But the best was when we were supposed to get a 44 page form off the internet for an LLC transaction and we "computer dummies" needed help. As we waited for an assigned person to help us, Jean Sheppard (asst. mgr) saw us waiting and offered to assist us. She copied the huge document for us, even though we were supposed to bring it in, and helped us work through the whole process.

  I have been with this branch for almost 4 years now. The Hood River branch has always treated me with respect and diginty. I whole recommend banking with Columbia bank . In fact my daughter in Everett Wa. also banks with Columbia Bank .

  Banks today are generally just another indignity consumers have to bear. Not here. Probably the last "local" bank ever. I love it.
