  We used Churchill on the recommendation from Dave Ramsey, and we weren’t disappointed. Throughout the whole process, Dillon contacted us for nearly every need instead of asking someone else. If I remember right, even my initial call to Churchill was answered by Dillon. Overall, a manual underwrite was easier than expected, and would recommend Churchill to friends and family.

  Churchill was very professional, proactive, available, and was ready to close on our house a week and a half before the closing set date... Oh- and they did this for me who is a Dave Ramsey fan who a zero FICO score. Very well done! And they have a satisfied customer.

  I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. He was genuine, knowledgeable, patient and quickly responded to emails, calls and texts. He answered my many questions and I never felt rushed off the phone. He proactively reached out to us throughout the process to ensure things were progressing and to make sure we didn’t have any questions.

  Mason did a great job helping us through our first home buying experience and gave us great advice! He is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease in making the tough decisions throughout the home buying process. I would only recommend that Mason take a little more time on the phone as he did seem rushed the majority of the time I reached out. I know Mason must be very busy but I think it's important to slow down and walk through things slowly especially with financial impacts being so great.
