  Fair warning, DO NOT DO TAXES WITH THIS COMPANY! I was a loyal customer for 4-5 years. Collins messed me and my wife’s last tax returns up, now we owe almost 5,000 in taxes to the IRS.And when the situation was brough to light they actually emailed us falsified documents to send to the IRS! And I have proof of it all. They will do absolutely nothing about it no matter how hard I tried. Talked to MR Collins himself several times about it, he was so rude and disrespectful about the situation and refused to do anything about it. Refused to take responsibility for his own company’s mistake. Never again will I use this company, and I’m talking all my referrals away from this company as well bc I’ve referred som many people in the past. Garbage water people work here and run this place. On top of everything they charge me and my wife 1500 dollars to file our basic taxes ! You have been warned.

  Working with these people was the worst financial decision I ever made, they were fast to charge us $1500 to have my husband credit repaired in "3 months", those 3 months turned in 2 years of us having to call them to get the job done and I don't even know if anything was done at all. They also made mistakes on our 2020 and 2021 taxes...what else could go wrong with them?

  I had to get fingerprints done for my certification, and was pleased because there was practically no wait especially that I was a walk-in. Maya was extremely funny and had great customer service. Also, the music kept the energy lively and personally didn’t take away from the professional atmosphere. If you need fingerprinting or other services offered I definitely say go there!

  I am so happy I found Collins Financial Group! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. In matters of finance (credit, taxes, etc.) I don't always know exactly what needs to be done and we all know that the IRS is not one you can approach the wrong way. Collins Finanacial Group knows exactly what to do. They are also good at allaying the fears that the IRS always seems to ignite. In addition, the credit repair service is PHENOMENAL! Unlike so many others on the street corner signs, they really know their stuff and you truly get what you pay for. You will see major positive jumps in your score in little time. I highly recommend this company! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

  Poor customer service. I hate when you try to support a black/African American business and the customer service is poor. Website, voicemail and everything online says they are open on Saturday. I come on Saturday to conduct business and they said they were closed. Lady answered the door and was very rude. I was pressed for time and if I knew they were closed I wouldn't have wasted my time.

  Amazing customer service. I went in for finger printing, and came out learning about their credit repair help and insurance. They are literally a one stop shop yall. Thank you guys. I will be back!

  Came to get my fingerprints done on First Saturday. this location was closed waited for an hour for someone to show up no one came. Very unprofessional
