  I gave this location a 4 because of a prior poor customer service incident with Monica; however, after speaking with Doug my perception of this office changed. Doug was very professional, pleasant, and courteous. I enjoyed speaking with him and he made me realize that people deserve a second chance. I will honestly say that there prices are cheaper than other tax brands in our area and I do recommend this location!

  I thought that I had my taxes filed on April 13th at the Ella Blvd. I was advised by the preparer that they had completed my taxes and I sat in front of her as she did them. I was given a copy of my completed returns. I waited for a little over a month and I never received my refund as she told me that I would get a small amount back. I called the IRS and they had no record of me filing for 2018. The tax preparer at Colbert Ball on Ella by the name of Khadijah did not submit my paperwork for my “return”. And when I had another person redo them, she found multiple errors with the returns in which she was supposed to submit. With that being said do not use Colbert Ball! I will never go back to them again.

  I love coming here the ladies in here have been doing my taxes for 4 years and its always like talking with family.they are down to earth honest and always make sure they help you get the biggest refund. they find credits you probably didnt know existed.
