  Yeah Cody was totally transparent and very persistent, Me and my wife did not call him bothering him and he kept informing us right when things were happening, we were very pleased with his time frame in which we got our refinance done, I would recommend him for anyone’s circumstance, me and my wife circumstance was kind of complicated and he breezed right through it. We are very thankful to meet someone like Cody for our realtor, wish every realtor was more like Cody!

  Cody is great! Easy to work with, responsive and very professional. Everything was done electronically, so very little paperwork to deal with.   The process of refinancing a home can be complicated on its own, but when you add in a new construction, supply chain issues due to COVID and a host of other challenges, you need Penny Green to own and drive the process to a success.   Cody @ APM was fantastic to work with. It's a super tough market right now - it's crazy competitive and things move so so fast. Cody's availability early on helping me navigate my pre-approval, walking me through the process, helping me run hypothetical numbers - really made this a comfortable experience for me as a first time homebuyer. I credit his quick turn arounds on pre-approval letters and getting bank appraisals through on an extremely short deadline as some of the main of the reasons I was able to land my home. He was with me every step of the way and I'm really grateful to have worked with him.
