  We worked with Oktay Demirdal and he is phenomenal. Every time that we talked he laid things out, including any tough tradeoffs, and in the end it turned out awesome. I checked four other places when we were in earlier stages, and Oktay was so much better than anyone else we talked to, like no question, and he and Angel Oak had by far the best terms.

  Estella Galan is an AMAZING LOAN OFFICER!!! Very friendly and customer service is always her #1 priority she is very thorough and explain the whole loan process and patient with us considering we always had tons of questions. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Angel Oak and the friendly staff when wanting to buy or even refinance a home they are the GO TO people!

From application filing, to document signing, to helping improve credit scores, and doing interest rate projections, Angel Oak Home Loans kept me informed and gave me confidence along the way. Financing real estate is a big deal. There are almost always some hiccups along the way. That's why having a competent, customer-focused team to handle the financing is so important. I've now done two closings within 4 months with Angel Oak Homes and I couldn't be more pleased! They have a loyal customer for life!

I’m glad I saw him before I started my home search, because once he told me what I could afford, I found the home I wanted, and he made sure the loan was quickly approved.   Had a very smooth experience with Oktay Demirdal. While average times to close a mortgage loan are longer, Mr. Demirdal and his team went above and beyond to make sure our loan closed in time. He was at all times on top of each step of the loan process. Look no further if you need a loan officer who will give you the confidence of closing in time and with a competitive rate too!

  The process was very easy as we had a pretty strait forward situation. Company kept us informed of all the work being done and utilized technology very well. Way better than Rocket mortgage as I have had to deal with them. If we buy another hours then we’ll likely go with Angel Oak again.
