Bunch of jerks forcing you to suffocate with a face mask that the CDC admits doesn't do much for your health. Can't hear them with all that mumbling... but very insulting to my dad to close his account. He has a medical reason to not wear a mask, and they wouldn't respect it! Lawsuit!

Convenient location for us and friendly, but be warned, they messed up my daughter's car loan and we had several issues with them closing credit card and checking accounts. Orcutt branch is poorly managed, I've actually gone to their San Luis Obispo branch to fix things due to incompetent handling from Orcutt branch. The San Luis Obispo branch is great but inconvenient. Honestly from reviews l've seen not much better any where else on Central coast.

I noticed you didnt respond to a previous review by another member so I'll try and duplicate their/my concerns: Why is it you close convenient locations on Saturdays but have enough money to build a "Taj Mahal" at the expense of your members/shareholders? A response would be appreciated.
