  I wouldn't recommend. We tried to work with them over an issue with a preferred car dealer of theirs to no avail. We purchased a BMW from Larry's with a warranty and had mechanical issues to which the warranty company would not cover. We asked Coastal to contact the dealer/ warranty company to which they readily financed but would not help.

  Coastal Finance and Bruce Cavenaugh gave me a chance when nobody else would! Coastal Finance has been so good to me and my family that I seriously doubt that I will ever get another car loan from anywhere else! They will work with you as long as you keep them informed of your situation and there is always a real person that you can talk to whether in person or over the phone. Thank you Coastal Finance!

  I had recently left living in a shelter, had bad credit, and car repo within the last year. The old car I had been driving was falling apart and had become undriveable. No one would finance me because of all this and because I had no real verifiable work history since I was working for cash as a housekeeper. I desperately needed a break! Coastal Finance Company took me at my word and financed me when the threat of homelessness faced me again. I will be forever grateful for them. I would absolutely recommend this company.

  Terrible business, you have been warned--stay away. My mother in-law financed a loan with this business and was encouraged (by the business) to refinance the loan three times without any justification. This is a business that takes advantage of honest hard working little old ladies. When my mother in law was late on her payments they started contacting her family members, disclosing her personal information that she was having issues paying her bill. The business does not simply call when late on payments, but does not quit calling. They have called her on average two-three times a day--since missing a payment--for the first time in six years.

  I had a lot of faith in this company. After years of dealing with them I hit a hard spot and they kicked me when I was down. They don't take partial payments, push to try to make you lie to them, cannot take an honest answer and called on a business line after asked several times not to. No one likes to borrow if you can avoid them I would. Try a credit union.

  Have no problems with them lov the employees a caring business. And they will work out any arrangements with you with no problems. Have two cars finance with them and doing great.

  Make your payments on time like an adult and you won’t have any issues. I’ve been financing my car through them for about a year now and I’ve had zero issues.

  Coastal Finance and the people that work there are some of the most compassiionate and caring people I know. They choose to do what is right in a world where it's all about the bottom line. To say i had a pleasing experience is a gross understatement. They were Amazing.
