  I went in this Saturday evening and was to say the least a terrible experience 😒 I asked the teller if she knew anything about how they reported you score based on a credit card I got thew coast central. S he had another woman come speak with me she said well you know it's Saturday right? I was like of corse I know what day it is I'm asking a question because this is the bank I got the card threw, she basically was pretty snarkey and rude made me felt like I was wasting her time and my question regarding the credit limit THEY GAVE ME was stupid and unnecessary. To say least this is my least favorite bank coast has its unhelpful here everyone in 20 with major aditude! What happened to bringing the bank your money 💰 shouldn't the customer feel comfortable and at ease?????Yikes!!!

  Makes no difference if you have been going to Coast Central for 1 year of for 15 years, they treat you the same. I own a business and deposit many times a month, I had a 0% finance check from a well known Credit Card company that I wanted to deposit and cash, I was told by a teller that they would need 2-3 days to let the check clear? I asked if the teller could talk to the manager and the manager was quick with words and didn't even look over at me. Manager just said no, they will need to wait 2-3 days to clear. It was a simple 7k check, I have 10 times that amount in my account. Teller simply said sorry, there is nothing we can do? What? I went straight over to Wells Fargo, I have no account and never have done any transaction there. They took the check , called the finance company and cashed the check on the spot. I was a bit confused and also disappointed with the customer service from Coast Central. Coast Central does not offer anything more than your typical bank or other Credit Union, it is best to just go elsewhere...they may be open late, but that means nothing.

  They have always been very helpfull and friendly . They have had good customer service at all the local locations that I have been to in my local area in northern Humboldt county . They have alot of really good benefits that help our community and the customers who bank with to them , I really like banking with coast central credit union, and I'm complearly satisfide in banking with them .   Love how after filing a fraud claim they cancel my card after "attempting to contact me.." but when I put both business and personal numbers in when prompted? No numbers matched? And both phone are on me 24/7 then on top of it? Tell me I need a new card while working out of state...thanks for making me look like a broke loser on Thanksgiving... seriously thinking of leaving.

  Coast Central is great! Not only do you keep your money local and out of the hands of the shady big banks but their services are top line! They have a app that is secure and conveniant to check your balances and personal service when you need it. Absolutley the best bank on the north coast by far.

  I received a fraud alert for a transaction that I did not authorize and have been stuck in a phone spiral of hell. I have been sent to 4 different phone numbers and none have them have been able to help, we get to a point where they are almost ready to help and then they tell me to call another number. Super frustrated!! Many of the numbers say that the Bayshore Mall branch is open today but that number is impossible to find!
