  I was referred to Dr. Hayes by my dentist for a molar tooth extraction. My dentist was afraid the tooth root was in the sinus cavity, and he didn't feel comfortable doing the extraction. I felt comfortable with Dr. Hayes, and he explained every thing that he suggested. I was not a candidate for an implant. He suggested the use of Exparel as well as an autologous blood collection and application. I did not have any pain after the extraction at all and the extraction site seemed to heal quickly. I would recommend Coal Creek Oral Surgery and Dr. Hayes based on my positive experience.

  After many years of living with the discomfort of tori, my dentist recommended I have them removed. I contacted my insurance provider and was given three oral surgeons in my area who were providers under my plan. Researched all three on line and scheduled a consult with Dr. Hayes. After that visit I knew I'd made the best choice. My surgery was scheduled within a few days, went off without a hitch, and my recovery was quick and relatively painless (only needed over the counter pain relievers). I was back to work in short order. Thanks to Dr. Hayes and his staff for relieving the discomfort I'd experienced for years. Already recommended Dr. Hayes and Coal Creek to several friends.

  Dr. Hayes & his staff were very professional, caring & courteous and I couldn’t have ask for better care than they had already given to me. The work that Dr. Hayes did on my mouth turned out good and the healing was very fast.   Coal Creek is an amazing facility. The staff is amazing and the surgeon, Dr. Curtis Hayes is truly one talented individual. During my initial walk-in appointment and answered all of my questions with complete transparency without exaggerations. Any risks, complications, and solutions to those were all mentioned as an answer to all of my questions. When it came time for the actual extraction I was nervous. Very nervous. Okay...fine... I had a panic attack in the chair. The nurses were the sweetest and caring people. They didn't get upset, they didn't get frustrated over me freaking out over such a routine procedure. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and getting my wisdom teeth removed have been something I've dreaded since Highschool! They were able to calm me down and even get me to chuckle. I was even able to joke around with them! I am forever grateful for their kindness in that moment. Dr. Hayes walked in and was joking around about a Cheez-it bowl and how lame it was which was actually pretty funny but I don't think I laughed on how scared I was. With a smile on his face he says "so are we going to sleep?" and I said "I hope so" and without hesitation he replies "You hope? My drugs are awesome!" as he administers the drugs (I had IV Sedation). Within seconds, I saw the world fade and I woke up and saw my girlfriend standing beside me! Fast-forward until I get home. No pain, and super numb. I used the exparel treatment they recommended and was numb for around 48 or so hours. I had very minimal pain from the procedure, very minimal bleeding, and absolutely no recollection of the extraction besides fading out and coming to! Overall, Coal Creek is absolutely fantastic and by far the best place to go if you're in need of any oral surgery. Dr. Hayes is praised and known for his talents and after being one of his patients I can honestly say that every bit of his accolades are well-deserved. I cannot recommend Coal Creek enough! If I need any oral surgeon again I will not hesitate to come back Coal Creek and see Dr. Hayes again!

  Dr. Hayes performed two procedures on my teenage daughter. She had previously had a bad experience with another oral surgeon. Dr. Hayes and his team were extremely kind with her. The procedures went perfectly and her healing went well. He took the time to explain everything that would happen before and after surgery. I would never go to another oral surgeon for any member of my family. Thank you to Dr. Hayes and everyone in the office.

  Very professional office. Very happy with the procedure and NO PAIN!!! Friendly staff. Highly recommend this office!!! UPDATED Jan 2022. Finished with last checkup visit and I still love this office. Professional all the way!!! Highly recommend for your oral surgery needs.

  Dr. Hayes and his staff were fabulous. A friend referred us to his practice and now we would like to pass on that referral. I greatly appreciated the respect and professionalism Dr. Hayes showed my boys and myself. Coal Creek Oral Surgery worked with my schedule and made it possible to do both boys back to back. The recovery process and time was very manageable due to Dr. Hayes’ skill and care.

  The staff is amazing, Dr. Hayes is wonderful, I want to be best friends with Ashley. If I had more teeth to pull I’d be there. Great environment, upbeat staff, considering COVID. All guidelines followed. Just a great place. Definitely recommend to anyone needing oral surgery or procedures alike.

  I'd been putting off my wisdom teeth removal for quite some time and am very relieved I chose the team at Coal Creek. Dr. Hayes and his team made the entire process extremely quick and painless - and overall everyone there really put me at ease throughout the entire process. New to the area, this is the kind of doc and practice I'd hoped I'd find.
