  This complaint isn’t for this branch but for the company in general. They will charge you fees like there is no tomorrow. I do not recommend using them. They will not help you at all

  I have had an account here for over 20 years. After missing 2 payments, my credit line was completely and permanently frozen; this means I had to continue to pay for my $5000 visa, with interest, without being able to use it. The branch manager Travis Purcival met with me and looked into reopening the card, he was not able to do anything, other than offer for me to close the line by paying it off. Nogol helped me reapply for a new credit card/line, and I was offered a $1000 card, with a co-signer.

  Been a member a few decades. I do not like the money counting machines. The machines make counting mistakes and some staff deny this. On several occasions the teller has counted the cash, then put it in the machine, and it comes up a dollar short. I count three times at home before coming. Had to complain to manager to get my money back. Once it goes in the machine it goes in a black hole and they can't recount it. The walk-up ATM is no longer available after hours rendering the one inside worthless.

  Stars cannot express how much I love being a member of this credit union. I use them for checking, savings, credit cards, auto loans, and my mortgage, and I could not be happier. They repeatedly treat me as family, offer tremendous financial support and advice, and go out of their way to make things right. I will be a customer for life. Thank you for all you do!

  Worst elevations I’ve been to. Not only has the atm, on two separate occasions, eaten my debit card, but it’s also taken my cash with an error and I was unable to access those funds until the branch could account for the money. The man at the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional in helping me sort out the money that I needed that day to pay bills. Will not use this branch again even though it’s the only one near my house

  I cannot say enough good things about this bank. This family of 5 all have accounts with Elevations. We also trust them with our business account as well! Never had any problems with the bank or the people. Always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. David G. has always been there for us and always follows up with his word or making sure all is well with us. We cannot thank David enough for being there for us! I would never ever change banks. This is our second family! Thank you Elevations Credit Union and a special thank you to David Granger for all you do for us!

  Elevations has been a blessing! My husband and I are SO glad we left our bank to join this credit union. Everyone we have worked with - from tellers to financial solutions guides to financial planner - have been polite, helpful, and truly interested in making sure we are satisfied with all services. I highly recommend joining Elevations. I just wish we had done so sooner!
