  Phoebe Choong has been a great professional in finding finance solutions for our real estate business. She's helped with commercial financing on our apartment acquisitions in California and Texas and worked to refinance the current portfolio we're holding. She's also helped with providing creative/private finance solutions on deals that needed to get closed - deals that wouldn't work with conventional lenders.
