  I have done an FHA Streamline and a Refinance with this company. Both times were smooth - the team is knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. I have worked with two different loan officers from Long Beach Home Loan (I believe the first one was Brian, forgive me if I am incorrect) and now Adam. Both were absolutely great to work with.

  My husband & I were first time home buyers. We had no experience, & were clueless going in. Jack, was not only extremely patient, but also had an immense amount of knowledge. He made our experience super easy & was ready to answer any questions we had through out the process. My parents recommended him, and I will also recommend him to friends and family. We had a Great experience.

  Matt Mayo did a great job answering all of our questions, walking us through the process and setting up the expectations. Matt’s excellent response time, great attention to detail and a friendly attitude made this usually stressful process super easy and smooth.   Jack was a very honest individual from the start, even when things didn't go as planned later on in our refinance he still kept us in the loop about the whole process and explained what every document meant. I would recommend Jack to anyone looking for a good refinance or opening any type of mortgage loan. What I also liked about Jack is that even after the whole process was done he said that if I had any questions to contact him if I need any help. My sister is saving up for a downpayment for a house and will difinitely recommend Jack to her and any family relative wanting to apply for a loan.

  Jack was awesome! We were first time homebuyers without a clue. We didn’t even know if a house was something we could afford. Jack guided us through the process and helped put us at ease every step of the way. He put us in touch with an A+ Real Estate Agent, got us an A+ interest rate, and helped us get into an A+ house. I will refer him to anyone I know looking to get a home loan.

  I worked with Nick C. At long beach home loans and he was just great. You can ask him 100 questions and he will answer all of them clearly so you understand. He is patient and will answer a call or email back quickly. He will also try his best to give you the best deal possible right from the beginning. He's honest, respectful, responsible and will keep his word! Hands down the best agent I've ever worked with. If you need help with a loan give him a call it will be worth it guaranteed.

  The apprehension associated with buying your first home is daunting to say the least, however, I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Adam at Long Beach Home Loan and the process was surprisingly simple and actually pretty exciting. As many first time home buyers do, I entered under informed and looking for guidance that could bring me up to speed. Adam did just that! He not only was incredibly informative, he helped me get a great deal. If you want to finish your first time home buying process with enough knowledge to buy your second one down the road I would highly recommend Long Beach Home Loan.

  I received a random junk mail flier about "streamline your FHA loan! Miss two monthly payments!" and just like all the others, it was heading into the shredder. On a whim I decided to Google the company and the person listed on said flier and was astonished to see the glowing reviews, so I called in. I asked Jack Skovgard to please explain what/how a streamline loan worked. He was knowledgeable, helpful and was quick to respond to whatever questions came up during the process. I already had a mortgage broker that I trusted(his office didn't handle streamline loans at the time) and now I have two.

  Adam has been great since day one, all the way to closing. We received offers on different lenders on similar or yet identical but Adam presents different kind of approach. He is professional and most of all trustworthy. Yes, you can get your loan at any company out there but having someone who works for you that always put your family first is one of a kind. It's rare occasion to find at ease specially dealing with mortgage companies. But Adam always communicates with you for all updates no matter if its a day or night which is a great thing. We can't thank him enough how satisfied we are. Such a great experience. keep it up and more success!
