  Closed my accounts years ago because they have the most inconvenient hours and customer service I've ever seen. Went to open all my commercial bank accounts for my business and a bunch of personal accounts and even though I had paid them the money I owed them they forgot to take it off their records and they screwed up my entire process with the other Banks. So I call Clinton savings Bank and of course even though every other business and every other bank has weekend hours they can't help me until Monday.. don't waste your time banking with this place

We were glad to hear that you were able to get this corrected at the branch Monday morning. Our branches are open on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm and we are constantly looking at those service hours to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.   They were friendly enough, but they just couldn't figure out how to get joint debit cards to work reliably for me and my fiance. I got the feeling that Noone at any of the branches had above a novice understanding of the software they were using, and that had something to do with it. After a year of trying to deal with this bank, I'm done.

  This bank is generally good, with good products for customers and friendly staff. What I don't like about this particular branch is the service at the drive-up window. A couple weeks ago it took 14 minutes to get a check deposited. Definitely room for improvement.
