  Refinance a car loan with this bank n a year later I ending up paying for penalties n loan advance insurance collateral?? For not having car insurance? Which I do have auto insurance…I can never reach any representatives…I’m about to report this business

  Never answers the phones, no Apple Pay, not an up to date banking system. Get with the times.

  This is quite possibly the worst bank to deal with. Customer service is practically non existent. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes before being cut off and having to redial in and wait in line for service. Twice they have applied payments to wrong accounts, even after sending payment with their statement payment coupons, and then you have to jump through hoops to get their mistake fixed. Seriously, look elsewhere for your banking needs

  Been a member of this credit union for 10 years and because of 5 dollars they are ready to ruin your credit. Run away from these people. Total mismanagement and chaos. Customer service is non existent and people have very bad attitudes.

  Ana and Maria helped me out in my time of need. These are good people with real sympathy towards those in need. I am an essential worker and these two rock stars helped me out with my issue. Ana and Maria, thank you so much for your assistance! I can't ask anything more from such great staff, and a great institution. Definitely recommend. Thanks again!

  This bank has always been good to me. I do a lot of business through them. Business accounts, personal accounts, car loans. I've never had an issue. The only inconvenience is that they don't have access to ATMs everywhere like a big bank does, but it's not a huge deal.

  I never write google reviews but this credit union is so awful I had to. Took my MONTHS to get a response back about opening a business account, then had fraud transactions hit my account that I am still trying to clear up almost three weeks later. The staff is incompetent, they barely answer the phone, no manager on duty only if you make an appointment but oops cant make an appointment bc of covid so theyll call right? Nope.

  The worst bank ever!!!!! I have auto loan with them for a good APR but this low APR is not worth it to go through all the inconvenience to make a payment for the loan!!! You can't just pay straight for the loan, you have to transfer first to the savings account that they create for you and then you have to transfer from savings to the loan. But then it takes much longer than 2-3 business days for money to appear in your savings account. The transfer money will be taken out of my other bank checking account, but after they don't show up in this bank savings after 3 days I call them. And then they do some voodoo thing and transfer money while I'm on the phone? Is it not automated? Why do I have to call them and remind them...you know you forgot to put money into my account!!! And on top of that, it's close to impossible to get someone on the phone!!! I have to be on hold for long long time!!! On hold right now actually...25 minutes already! They don't have that many branches and open till 5!!! Just very outdated and terrible customer service!

  Their website is beyond incompetent. The few times I called to their customer service line , the employees were not helpful at all and they act like they don’t care because they truly don’t. I just got an email that they reported me late to the credit agencies. I have paid every month since I opened my account with them! I will be calling them soon to probably not much help from what I see with previous reviews. I regret refinancing my car through them. I should have stayed with Capital One.

  Customer service has gone down the tubes And try to get somebody to answer the telephone!!! Stopped recomending them. So sad they used to be A1
