  These guys at Hillcrest Loans are absolutely amazing. The team is super friendly and thoroughly explained my options before making any decisions. They were able to refinance my mortgage loan and get me the cash I needed with no hassle which is very rare from my previous experiences. Highly recommend!

  AJ did it, again! Powerful knowledge and Confidence I have been supporting my family’s finances and dealing with property lenders for over 30 years. During this process, I came to understand the ins and outs of all that is involved in finding the right company to suit my needs. Having found AJ at Hillcrest Lending, I knew I had to look no further. I found the normal attributes of integrity, trust, and transparency and received all those and more. To my great satisfaction, I found that the most important attributes AJ had were ones of extreme knowledge, fund tech-savvy, and paramount expertise in the most trivial and non-trivial information that would help with the loan documents, and made it look so easy for the transition process. He spent time crunching numbers, with patience I might add, kept me in the loop, while explaining each detail every step of the way. I felt assured that AJ at Hillcrest Lending was in charge of our loan documents and will never have to look elsewhere. Anyone with the least amount of finance knowledge will feel very comfortable working with AJ as he makes it sound so easy. In conclusion, I know and utterly trust AJ in knowing he has my back and my family’s financial stability covered. And to that, I am most grateful.

  Hillcrest loans is an amazing company! They are personable and take care of their clients all the way through the process. They did a loan for our family that was impossible to do through any other company. They worked with us and our incredibly difficult scanario to get every piece of information needed to complete the process and close loan on our dream home in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a home loan or a refinance!

  My loan officer Emin was Great from the very beginning. He took the time to explain all my options and to advise me on what the best option was for my situation. Emin always responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner and always had updates for me. When ever I stumbled into a obstacle, Emin was always there to help me get out my situation. Emin came through for me with my my refi just like he had said. I will definitely do business with Emin and Hillcrest again. I highly recommend Hillcrest . I am a Very Satisfied customer.   Chelsey helped my friend and I in a time we really needed it. We turned in all the necessary documents needed the first day I spoke with her and were given a turnaround time of 5 to 10 business days and was done in 5, that’s including a hiccup on a lien we didn’t know about; we could’ve had it done in 4 if this lien didn’t pop up and the investor didn’t have to review it. I would absolutely recommend this company, especially Chelsey, to anyone in need of a mortgage loan. Her knowledge and sincere concern for my issue made the hectic situation very calming to get through and am so thankful to be in a position now financially to get things rolling down the right path again.
