  Thought this was a good place to be, but not after the stunt they pulled. You give one requirement to be met. That gets met. Then you throw another requirement in when one gets met. Which basically helps set you up for failure. If you know why somebody is trying to get help; you should tell them ALL the requirements up front. Honesty about stuff like that goes so much further than doing what this Savannah gal did. So far, Wells Fargo is looking at the better options of getting help for what it's needed and isn't doing what Clarity has done. So that's probably a better banking place to go to. By the way, I have reached out and applied twice. And both times I was not told everything up front. So I highlyed out there's anything you can do to help fix the issue.

  The reason for this review is to give thanks to Tom Doan, he and I started a great financial relationship at Clarity Credit Union in Middleton many years ago. Tom then moved to Nampa and I was worried that our financial relationship would come too an end, but Tom continues to provide me with great service and has Introduced me to Tamara, branch manager at the Middleton Branch and I continue to receive great service. Thank you all at Clarity 😁

  I've been working with clarity for a while and never regret it! I recently contacted them about a loan for an RV and Emily Ankeny was beyond helpful!! She was so clear and even managed to help me refinance my car in the process! All i had to do was sign a few papers and BAM lower payment and the best loan for me in minutes. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

  I can not be more pleased with this credit union. They are very helpful, they care about their members. I have been recovering from some financial difficulties over the past few years and have had absolutely outstanding support and help in obtaining loans and financial assistance when needed. Paige Cox has been amazing to work with and is always there to help. She makes getting a loan very painless and super easy!

  Great rates and the people have been nothing but nice. Moved all my auto loans to them and always will. Only negative ia no Saturdays are open but that could just be the same issue we all have with needing more people.

  Had the best experience purchasing our 5th Wheel, Amanda Clancy made it so easy and so simple for us to get our loan. It was the simplest process we have ever had! She answered every question we had, and helped us get the best rate. Their customer service was outstanding! highly recommend using their services.

  After moving from Texas to Idaho, I decided to switch from my previous bank to Clarity Credit Union. I was really apprehensive, because dealing with my previous bank was a pain. I WAS SHOCKED at how nice the ladies at Clarity were, and how easy they made everything! Munai handled everything from start to finish, did a fantastic job and smiled the whole time. My bf does his banking there, and I've watched, listened to his experiences for months.. I am so impressed with Clarity Credit Union and the people working there.

  Our experience at the Nampa branch has been wonderful. Tom Doan and Allison Kalousek have been so kind and easy to work with. We would like to sincerely thank them for helping us refinance our vehicles and trailer, all at lower rates. It is nice to come into this branch and be treated like a long time friend by all of the employees! Thank you!

  I’ve been a member with Clarity since 2008 and the once thing I love is the feeling like you have a personal banker at your fingertips, I’ve been working with Emily for a while and she is amazing and is always there to help in any way she can no matter what. She really goes the extra mile to do whatever she can to make it happen no matter what it is.

  Inquired about a loan yesterday and funds were in my account this afternoon. I received low interest, great service and couldn’t be happier. Amanda Clancy at the Meridian branch answered all my questions and had the loan done in no time. Super satisfied! I’ve been with this credit union for over 20 years and plan to stay!
