  We have tried to use the online banking, even called the bank for assistance. They never followed through to help us with the problems we encountered, not to mention being put on hold and then hung up on. Update, Make sure that you call the bank to do any sort of transfer, or better yet, go in person. I used the online banking to transfer monies, and for some reason it didn't go thru. And to make it worse, this bank charged us an overdraft fee, even though it was their fault.

  I cannot say enough about the great customer service that we received at this bank! After a year of very disappointing time and money wasted at another local bank, Clarion County Community Bank was very professional from the start. Lora Ball was great to work with. I would recommend CCCB to anyone looking for a new bank.

  Ive been going to this bank for about 4 years or so. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive never experienced any problems.

  I have tried for several days to do ONLINE BANKING and keep getting "ERROR 404 ". That doesn't help me at all !!!

  Sorry to hear that you have had issues with online banking. Our hosting provider unexpectedly went out of business so we had to change hosting providers quickly. All issues have been resolved. This error can also happen if an individual has not accessed their ONLINE BANKING within a certain period of time. This is a security feature to protect you. Our operations department will be contacting you.
