  Clapper Insurance is a family-owned business that has been there for my family when we needed them most. They have always provided us with the very best coverage at the very best price. They are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and they go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers. We have been with Clapper's for many years, and in all that time, we have only grown more thankful for them. 5 stars and HIGHLY recommended!

  Poor customer service Our overall experience with Rodney at Clapper Insurance was very unsatisfactory. When we decided to move our business liability policy to Clapper we supplied all requested material to bind coverage. About a week later, while out of town on a business trip, we received an email request a document be signed and returned immediately to maintain coverage. Two days after receiving our first bill in the mail Rodney emailed us a notice of cancellation for failure to pay, he copied our landlord in this email as well; even if we mailed a check for payment the moment we received the statement they would not have received payment before he emailed us this notice. We canceled our policy over 2 months ago, and are expecting a refund of over $1,000 for pro-rated money which we still have not received.

  Do not recommend at all. Customer service is horrible. They do not respond back. They do not own up to their mistakes and when they make a mistake they do not fix it. I will have to get my lawyer to contact them since they don’t respond back to me. Please take your business somewhere else.
