      I have had good experiences with Huntington Bank. Employees are friendly, love the 24 hour overdraft protection, if needed. My only criticism is, if I need to go into the branch, I wouldn’t be able to due to the short hours of operation. I would suggest at least one evening, being open until 5 or 6pm. Half a day on Saturday’s would be benfical to customers, as well. I would have given a higher rating if it weren’t for those reasons. Huntington needs to be more customer friendly!

      Very fast and friendly service. They even were nice enough to wave the fees! Highly recommended!

      CLOSED SATURDAYS? Not even 'tll noon. So, banking is not important enough (profitable enough) to Huntington to allow customers to do banking on Saturday. Not all transactions can be done online, and if they could, then why open any day of the week? Just lay everyone off.... start with the bank executives. Time to find another bank.

      Absolutely would not recommend anyone at all to even use this bank for any purpose, customer service is horrible you get talked to like your dirt and not helpful in any way. Nicole is the one we worked with she would not do it to talk with my home bank or give out their own number so could call her , totally horrible experience

      This bank is awful!!!! One person in front of me and still took 15 minutes in lobby. One teller at lunch time, really? Now I know why I changed banks!!!!

      I work 8am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday, These hours are horrible I wish they could at least remain open on Saturday as well.
