  I have all my insurances through Citywide. Chelsie is the person I use. She always smiles and notices me and makes me feel welcome when I walk in, unlike others. She always makes sure that she has gone over everything, whether it is for a title or a change to my insurance. She’s the reason I keep my insurance there.

  The Staff is Awesome!! The care each employee takes is outstanding. Great prices and coverages. Citywide has several carriers including Allstate, Nationwide, AAA, State Auto, Progressive.

  Pam was great to work with and found home and car insurance for less than half what I was paying before! She is friendly, personable and professional. I'd recommend Citywide for sure!

  Went there to get our plates and other stuff done everything went great so we thought but days went by nothing came in the mail our teams were about to run out so we decided to call and go see what is up thinking maybe with coronavirus everything was just slow well we get there they give our paperwork back and tell us we have to do a couple things before they can put it through which we didn't have a problem with the problem was they knew all this two weeks after we were there the first time but chose not to contact us waited till the day our temps ran out for us to come there and see why we haven't got our stuff in the mail to even tell us and won't give us a new temp plate to be able to go get our stuff done they knew two and a half months before our temps ran out and chose not to contact us I will never go there again or tell anyone to use there service

  Betsy helped me out a ton with insurance, sarah helped me and my husband find our home, and Jennifer has always been amazing whether it is answering all my questions or helping me get directed to the people I need she has always been professional and polite. Great staff!

  Love there staff they are very kind and try to give you the best deals and are very fast with doing all the paperwork how ever it takes them a little longer to get the titles back if you go through them only down fall

  Call ahead for DMV work but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
