  So on the 11th I went to State Farm in new martinsville and got a quote for two drivers and two cars. I told them my wrecks and everything up front and they gave me a quote. I took it out. Today I got a call today telling me that as of the 11th when the insurance was issued that the underwriters stated that I was a higher risk due to a wreck that I told them up front about and that it was going to be 100 dollars more a month. I told them that I wanted to cancel it they told me that I was going to get the refund based on the new price that I didn't know about till today and 7 days had gone by that I'm going to get charged for this new price. This is completely ridiculous raising someone's agreed upon price and not them till 7 days later and tell them sorry it's already been 7 days. If only I knew this on the 11th I would have taken it out. I will never ever go back to State Farm for auto or any other kind of insurance. I don't recommend it to anyone. I mean if your going to raise a rate then let them know that not 7 days later and be like oh I've been charging you this new rate for the last 7 days you didn't know about. Edited June 21 2018 I'd like to say that after sitting down with Lisa shepherd today of new martinsville State Farm. She is fighting to get all my money back. State Farm did try to give me a refund based on the new price they raised my insurance to, but Lisa got that taken care of. I'd like to thank Lisa and Chelsi of State Farm for sitting down and fighting for all my back and the lower price. I would still not recommend State Farm the company to anyone with less than perfect record, but if your going with anyone I'd recommend Lisa

  I am very happy with my stylist, Amy Taylor. The other stylists there are very nice and accommodating.

  Treat you and talk to you with respect and there's no ill manner between any of them. More than willing to pay a little extra on insurance for that.
