  Ben Lemon and his team are amazing! We were looking to finish our basement and make some home improvements. We called Ben to see what our options were to refinance and take money out to do the work. Best decision that we made. Not only did we get a lower interest rate and drop our PMI we were able to take out the money we needed to do our work. Penny Nuffer was super responsive and willing to answer our questions and helped us greatly along the way! We love them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker or to refinance!
