Mike Hindermann5My favorite location!! Always helpful, drive through can take some time, due to the lobby not opened at times, but I'm ok with that.. We live in crazy times! Shootout to April taking care of all my needs and Tana and the other younger gal! What a team!!
Response from the ownerHi Mike - Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us and we are really glad you enjoyed visiting our branch. Always a pleasure to be of service to you! Hugo S.

Christopher Smith2I have always had a great experience with this bank. But today I went in to pull some cash and one of the tellars were snappy and very rude.

Christina Stott1Staff seem bothered by printing time sensitive bank statements for a business that has been banking with them for over a decade. After hassling with the online format for countless hours of wasted time, I attempted to have statements reprinted at the bank several times. I was successful in getting statements printed once with some pages missing. Going back to get the missing pages is a struggle. With the stress of missed opportunities and deadlines, I did my best to keep composure. The stress of having to comply with late fees from other agencies and staff hanging on waiting for W2's, You can Imagine the discouragement I felt when Sean set the expectation of the business having to pay for extra printed statements. After 4 attempts of personally going to the bank to get what I needed, I really didn't think it was the time to incur fees. I would like staff to take into consideration our CRISIS TIMES and how important it is to get time sensitive material to faithful customers. Also please have compassion for the urgency during a pandemic.

MB1Very nasty staff members here. The people seriously need to learn customer service. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated poorly.

Eric Slick5I can't say enough positive things about the customer service of this bank. Katie specifically was so great helping me solve an issue with a credit card. She was understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. She went above and beyond watching my account and even called me to follow-up. Incredible service, Incredible bank!

Nick Juenemann1After Centennial bank took over a smaller bank, they started charging outrageous fees for EVERYTHING, breaking previous agreements. Branch manager says he cannot do anything about it. Apparently he is nothing more than a mannequin with an office. Even the local school district has been taken advantage of and is said to be properly transferring their accounts elsewhere. People are closing their accounts in droves as undisclosed fees keep popping up. TAKE YOUR BANKIN ELSEWHERE!

Eric Tucker3They're not actually open at 8:30 am like this listing says. They open the lobby at 9 am. I came at 8:50 because Google said they were open, but here I stand at 8:54 in front of a locked door. Fix that.

Raymond Wimmer1Horrible customer service. Was told I didn't know how to read my paperwork. Will be moving my business elsewhere.
