  Terrible customer service terrible prices. I walked in, polite and friendly and was greeted by two very rude individuals who gave me 30 seconds of time. The jewelry has a recent appraisal and is in very good condition. I would strongly suggest going anywhere else. You can certainly find more friendly service and better prices and better selections 20 minutes away down the hill

  Very unprofessional and rude .I don't recommend anyone coming here, the lady need a class in human interaction lowballed for good quality real jewelery wasted 30 mins to drive there just to get turned down immediately while gas sits. 3.65$ a gallon. Please don't go here u will regret it if you decide not to heed my warning

  Just have to suggest this to anyone considering taking the time to sell anything to this pawnshop; take it from me, this is the biggest joke I could even dream up. For starters, I brought in 3 unlocked version iPhone 12 mini’s (2020). I simply wanted to sell them and was really only after about 200-250 a piece. Used market value for these items (64 gig) range from 400-775 in a pre owned retail setting. Before I could even tell the lady behind the counter what I was trying to accomplish she went into some sort of rant about offering me a hundred for a phone she can sell for 300. I kindly suggested that we’d both be grossly shortchanging ourselves, If I agreed to such a ridiculously, uninformed cash offer. Then in quick succession, she said she needed power cords, (I already told her 3 times they were in my truck, and could get them once we made a deal), then said the batteries were too low to do anything. The one she was manhandling had 65% battery. I could go on and on and On and on, but this is just adding to the time I’ve wasted. The bottom line: Unless you’re interested in going and wasting your time talking to some woman who doesn’t know an iPhone from Samsung, I would just stay home or find somewhere else to go. I bet with her behind the counter she spends more time convincing people why she can’t take an item, than Operating the business as it supposed to be a pawnshop. This is truly by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any retail setting or any attempted transaction of any kind for that matter. Absolute and complete joke. This place should just change their sign from pawnshop to “we’ve got jokes”

  I have not been out in awhile, but I stopped by this local pawn shop that I saw while driving around the neighborhood, and I can honestly say I was really happy with my visit. I loved how the shop looked and how everything was organized! And also the workers in the shop were very friendly! I am looking forward coming here more often

  This store is the cleanest Pawn Shop in America . I go to a lot of them all throughout the United states to buy electronics. The staff is extremely courteous and beyond fair. Alex is fantastic. And the place is a fantastic experience.

  Terrible. "Manager" has no sense of customer service. Doesnt know how listen for a ringing phone pick up. Doesnt know how to talk to people. Rude. Never will mess with this place again. Dont waste your time or money. Plenty of better shops around that understand what customer service is.

  Purchased a watch from them online it was better than described. It was actually exquisite. Great communication and they even upgraded my shipping for me and didn't charge me. I give them a sincere thank you and five stars, greatly appreciated folks.

  Blackjack Pawn is by far my preferred pawn shop to do business at. Very clean and organized place, not a regular pawn shop.The staff are straightforward, honest and friendly. I have personally done business here multiple times and have never once been dissatisfied with the services I've received there. I recommend this specific pawn shop to all of my family and friends.
