  Land Title in Evergreen Colorado is an amazing group. Buying and selling mountain homes can come with challenges. Back in the day, business was done on a hand shake or simply 2 neighbors thinking they had a deal because someone signed an agreement on a napkin! Sometimes the napkin never got recorded!!! Or a good intention led to an illegal division of land! Land Title is a great title company that works with buyers and sellers. They research historical records and try their very best to problem solve & prevent last minute deal breaking issues. Truly a wonderful group to work with.

  The entire staff is helpful and accommodating. They all operate as a team, helping each other and in essence...assisting all of us, with an understanding and empathy of how Buyers and Sellers may be feeling during this sales process. The people in the office are friendly & efficient at the closing table, always & easily accessible when we have problems and always asking how they can serve us better--which is a tough question to answer since their already hitting the ball out of the park.
