  This bank is exemplary! The customer service is phenomenal, and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. I have dealt with the branches in Inwood, WV and Stephens City, VA. I will continue to bank with CNB indefinitely!

  Only one thing I did'nt like, DON'T be late setting up direct deposit. Took my employer almost a month, and they would NOT give me the $100.00 for opening my account there. "We don't do that" is what I was told. This is the bank located in Front Royal.

  No problems with this particular branch just the piss poor banking in general. Never again! It’s too bad you can’t give a bank negative stars for the way they do things
