  The staffs seems to be not knowledgeable within their own mobile applications and banking systems... Verifying a deposit should not take more than two minutes the max! I have worked banks industry for more then seven years so I understand verifying, crosschecking, and double-checking. However do it Efficiently for the bank and the customer. Maybe employers could set more training classes for employees.

  The only good experience I had at the Ranson branch, is when I opened an account. Nothing but rudeness from the tellers! Ever since then, I go the extra mile for friendlier service. Other than that, have had no problems while banking with City.

  I LOVE this branch! We have banked here for years, and the team here is amazing. Kaitlyn Martha, Judy, Carrie, everyone is so sweet and always helpful.

  Why are some of the ladys here so rude??? Never using this bank again! Id rather go all the way across town for better service.

  The staff is very friendly, we moved to martinsburg and I will still make the trip to this branch where everyone knows me by name. A+ in my book
