City National Bank Reviews

Charles Mcguire1This bank refuses to honor Power of Attorney. My father has dementia and we are trying to protect his assets. However, leadership at this bank refuse to assist with a POD from an advised Elder Law attorney. These bankers are heartless, requesting this can only be done in the presence my father, who has dementia and resides in memory care. How unprofessional, heartless and inconsiderate. I am not sure what the core values are for this bank, however, they are obviously misaligned with those chose to bank here. Oh, by the way, my mother who is on the joint account we are requesting POD has stage 4 cancer and even when we explained the failing condition of my parents, they still refused. Way to support your clients needs and requests.
