  Everything about this bank is slow. Opening an account is tedious and took forever. The drive thru is obscenely slow. Never go through the second lane. I'm waiting on a simple withdrawal and 5 cars have gone by the main window while I'm still waiting.

  Love the service here I’ve had an account with them for awhile now and also done loans with them great service and offered me the lowest interest rate in town. Not to mention everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful!

  They have preempted fraud two times in the last three years. Someone stole our debit card information and tried to make fraudulent purchases. Excellent fraud department. All of their other services are top notch too.

  Do not bank here.They provide nothing but terrible services and experiences. Everyday that I had my funds in there knowing they were making money from it was a painful and absolutely disgusting thought. If you want an awful bank with windows 98 service and a terrible attitude, by all means knock yourself out. I threw a potluck to celebrate my exit from this bank.

  The best customer service I've seen at a bank in 20 years. All the tellers are friendly and accommodating.

  Charges was made on my debit card that I didnt make call the bank to get them to check into it and get my money back. They called and said there is nothing they can do to get my money back.

  Some people amaze me..get educated before you deny service. I will be closing every single account I have with this bank! Completely uneducated and ignorant. Even the so called "legal department" needs educated! Completely pissed off at this branch and this bank can thank them for me closing my accounts after 23 years of being their costumer! Had to travel to the winchester branch where the tellers had some sense and took care of the problem with no issues whatsoever! Was in and out with a nice "thank you have a nice day" to go with it!! It just goes to show you who had the brains within these branches in the area! And I KNOW YOU KNOW WHO I AM!
