  Call center transferred me to Kendra. Worst customer experience. She lives to talk down or belittle people. She received the same respect from me. I feel sorry for her co workers and the establishment. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I have financed 3 cars over the past 10 years and taken out 2 personal loans with City Bank. They have the best customer service from walking in the door to walking out with a new account or loan. Very professional and timely, they won’t waiste your time while making your situation the focus of their attention and leaving you with the sense of a job well done.   Disclaimer: I don't bank with City Bank. Today, I was sent to this location, by Lamb County's Tax Office-I was trying to register my vehicle, for the new year. As I was walking up, to the door a young man stopped me and asked if I was there, to register my car and stated that they get a lot of folks at their location, for that purpose. He was very kind in telling me that I was at the wrong location and how to get, to the correct location.
