Judy S.1Never invest through Citizens Bank. They sold us a market-based CD that lost money until the very end of the 6 year investment period and then magically in the last 4 months of the investment, it suddenly came up to the original investment amount and then gave us 1/2 of one percent interest TOTAL at redemption time. When we redeemed the coupon, they charged us $95.00 to take out our own money and made us wait a week to receive a check sent by REGULAR MAIL, not even certified!

Nora O'Dowd1I should have kept this money that I invested for my niece and nephew under the mattress. After five years, it has earned practically nothing. Do not invest with this company. Zero stars was not an option but what this outfit deserves.

havanafun1Citizens Investment Services staff claim they sent me a check that should have arrived on February 14, 2019. The check has not arrived and I need the money today. It is my money after all and they saved money by using regular mail services. Time to file a complaint with the authorities.
