Rick Mitchell5I've been a customer for years! They have always helped me when I'd call and ask. At one point, I had job issues which lead to payment issues. I called and explained what was going on before the issues became out of control. They helped me without any issues because I didn't stop the communication. They don't want your car, they want to help you, just keep the communication open! Excellent service. I'm a loyal customer, I live in Nashville and I travel to Murfreesboro to deal with Jon Wythe. His honesty, extensive knowledge, resources, and friendly personality is what I appreciate and want in customer service! If you have a problem, contact Jon, I'm sure he'll do what he possibly can for you too!

TheBigHairChick1I reached out to the location in Murfreesboro because I needed assistance with a car loan. I emailed Tara my application along with my driver’s license and pay stub information. I didn’t receive a response back but my credit was checked. A few hours later I finally received a phone call from an Emily who was very nice. She asked me a couple of questions and then she requested for me to email her the documentation that I had ALREADY sent Tara. She said she only received my application. The following day Tara called with questions about something on my credit. Just like the other reviews she was rude and not helpful at all. I was told I would receive a phone call back and never did. If you need a car loan please go somewhere else.

Angela Hubbard1i applied for car loan only 5,000 I was told my credit was not good but they would approve with a co signer. So I got a cosigner and they still denied me. Saying I cant approve with your credit ok I thought that was the purpose of a co signer. Tara kept asking what are you driving now, what did you do with your last car, why come you did not finance that car. I explained I had came into some money I paid cash for my last car but it was a 2006. I told her it had stopped running so I sold it !! WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING, She ask me the same questions over and over that were already on the application, about my husband I told her several times I was not married, where I work all this was on the application. She kept saying we are concerned about your credit well isn't that the purpose of a co signer. Then she ask if I could pay $1,000 toward the loan I said no. She said can you get another co signer I said what is the point. It was 5,000 who has multiple co signers for that small amount of money. She promised to approve with a co signer but still denied me. I would not recommend this place.

D Hol1I bought a car from a car lot while trying to repair damage done to my credit from a divorce. The account was bought by Citizen's Savings and Loan. They began treating me horribly although I had never missed a payment or been late (except when their online bill pay system didn't work). For some reason, every 3 months my insurance would send them a notice stating that it would be cancelled on whatever date. I paid monthly, so I'm not sure why. They would call me at work to harass me when it wasn't necessary. They would leave these "you have by the end of today to call us back" messages. I eventually got sick of it and told them off. The next morning, my car was missing. I called the police who told me or was repossessed. They repossessed my car out of spite, ILLEGALLY. They couldn't handle my cursing and thought they'd get the last word. I wasn't behind on my payments and had always been insured. I was going through too much to sue them at the time and luckily had the finances to buy a new car. They had the nerve to put this on my credit report saying I owed them money and then when I file a dispute with the credit bureaus they checked my credit, showing as a hard inquiry. So it looks like I tried to get a loan and was denied. I'm trying to buy a house and litigation is coming. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .

AJ Gabriella1My dealership recently teamed up with this company ( absolute auto ) and I have had the worst experience with this company ever since! I am a college student and explained to the dealership when getting the vehicle I may be late from time to time but you will always get your money the balance of school and work gets hectic sometimes and I would appreciate you understanding my situation ; especially because I needed transportation. Ever since I've been making payments here I have to pull hair just to get my proper payment history random fees assessed to my account. All of the employees are woman I'm assuming and I can never get a stable answer I get told 5 different things in one phone call every time only to always end up arguing with someone they are VERY unprofessional. I recently dropped off a money order for 350$ over the weekend only to call in and the lady be COMPLETLY unaware of the payment only to realize it was "placed on her desk by one of the girls and she didn't even notice". I'm be so glad once I'm done with this company :,( they are the WORST!

Ricky Floyd1Getting the loan was good experience. But afterwards is a nightmare I had the payments automatically deducted from my account monthly so they got their money right on time. I traded the vehicle off May 8 there was a payment made 4 days prior to the trade. I have been trying to get my refund since then (the dealer ship used a payoff before payment was made) Citizens told me the check would go out on the 8th of June. Here it is the 13th and still no refund. I have called and Questioned if it was put in the mail and they can't tell if it was or not. They had computer problems. This has been one of the worst experiences with a loan company ever. If the shoe was on the other foot There would be a late fee and countless phone calls wanting to know about their payment and do you think they would accept a excuse about my computer being down. I DON'T THINK SO ! So people beware this is like pulling teeth from a tiger.

Christopher Johnson5Very helpful and professional loan company, can get you financed when others won't and if you take care of your business you can be better off at the end of it. I have been a personal customer of theirs, and sent many car buyers to them to get financed as well.
