If I could vote lower than 1 star it would be done in a heartbeat. Terrible customer relations, slow service, snappy responses to any questions, and all the unintelligent bank tellers are just on their phones. Drive-thru line is the best option even though they can have 7 cars lined up for hours and act like they have no idea why they are “so busy” it’s asinine to believe that a business can’t believe they are, in fact, receiving business. They leave their vault open all the time like they are some kind of big shot corporation but only have space for around $2000, which leads me to believe they aren’t even courteous to a customers security. Not saying you have to go bank elsewhere, just a warning to future wannabe account holders.
