  Anne is amazing! I’m 19 years old, I went to her ready to buy a house, she told me the steps, and even though I already had my realtor to help me out, Anne helped me out just as much! She would let me call her and talk to her WHENEVER I needed to. To ask questions, to see what something meant, to check on updates. She explained everything very well and made the transaction a breeze. Truly thankful I chose her!

  I had a wonderful home buying experience with Anne and her staff at Republic Sate Mortgage! Anne and her staff are very knowledgeable, they know what they are doing, and will they go above and beyond to help you! We bought our house off of a family member which made things easier. Before we even decided to buy we worked on our credit getting our scores up enough to be in good shape to prequalify for a decent loan. We borrowed against our 401k to come up with the money for closing costs and had our loan escrow, we make one payment, our insurance, taxes, etc are all rolled into the monthly home payment! Once we were ready the family member referred us to Anne at Republic State and Anne took care of everything! We called Anne on 6/4/2020 and on 6/29/2020 we signed off on the house! Easiest home buying process I’ve been through!
