  I have banked with Monticello Bank for 12 years and my husband much longer. I am very pleased with the customer service. The ladies are so friendly and feel like you have known them forever.

  Love my Monticello Banking Co. Usually go to Vanessa or Glenda at Hwy 80 location. And Matt P. at the S 27 location. They take such great care of us. Everyone is nice and friendly!

  i Have never had issues with this company, until it was way past 830am and the drive thru was still closed. I couldnt come in to make a deposit as I had a sleeping 6 month old in the car. The web and their door clearly states it is open at 8:30am. I couldnt wait any longer had to make another trip to town later in the day to make a deposit. This happened on a Tuesday, not even a holiday

  There commercial about how fast a loan is approved is correct. Was approved in like 2 days!!! Will do my banking with them for now on!
