  When I called the Service Manager Charles Barnett, he knew exactly what the problem was and instead of me having to make an appointment, he told me to bring my vehicle on in. I was in and out within an hour and my problem was solved. I spoke briefly with the mechanic who serviced my Tahoe and he explained my vehicle's problem. This is the kind of customer focused service that will keep me coming back to Morristown Chevrolet.

  I really had the best experience with this group!!! Scott was a great salesperson. He took care of me with the trade. Overall I would highly recommend Morristown Chevrolet!! They’re AWESOME!!!

  Buddy and Sejdi were GREAT!!!!! They took care of me and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Morristown Chevrolet!

  I went in to the dealership recently to inquire about what it would take to get a decent used truck, with a ZERO credit score. Dustin sent me home within a few hours in a nice used GMC Canyon. Impressive. I'll be shopping here again. I would recommend this dealership.

  My girlfriend and I have been looking for a truck to help out on the farm for awhile now. When we finally bit the bullet and decided to start looking. Our first stop was Morristown Chevy. We decided to start here solely based on the reputation they have created of being professional and always looking out for their customers. There we came across a salesman Mike Cogliano. We could tell he was a very experienced salesman, he told us all the ins and outs of the silverados we were looking at. He was very prompt at answering our phone calls and most importantly, he didn't seem like he was trying to pull a quick one on us, which unfortunately is how a lot of salesmans get stereotyped. At the end of the week, we ultimately ended up purchasing our silverado from Mike and the wonderful team at Morristown. We highly recommend using them if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

  When I bought my new truck I went to a different dealer because they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock. However, I ha e had all of my warranty work done there and the service department seems to be great! Otto is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Hopefully with the new management in there now they might actually get some cars on the lot.

  I took my car to be serviced and checked out . I paid for it to be inspected and I was told by the service desk clerk that the recall would be fixed as they inspected there car. An hour later my car was finished and I wad given a list of everything that was wrong with my car and when I drove off 2 miles down the road my car stopped working and I had my car took to a different mechanic and the new mechanic told me that Chevorlet failed to fix the recall and also poured all the oil out of car . I was not happy at all that they endangered my life and thought that's a sad way to try to get customers to keep coming back and taking their money and never fixing their vehicles. Very disappointed in this Chevrolet Morristown business.

  Chase is a great salesman! He got me what I needed and in a timely matter! He was not pushy and was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car! I would highly recommend anyone go to him for any car needs! He’s the best!
