  As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of help understanding the process, completing all the requirements, and making the right financial decisions. Beth went above and beyond my expectations. She works incredibly hard, and truly, I don't know if she sleeps - her clients clearly take priority in her life. Going into the mortgage financing process, I had been recommended to Beth by several friends and real estate agents. For my wife and I, we wanted to buy a house without involving any agents, which was a scary endeavor. Beth made an otherwise confusing and stressful process understandable with very clear steps. She was both friendly and professional, providing good and honest advice, even when it was not what we would want to hear. The whole process was smooth, and from the time we found the right house, to the time we moved in, was about 30 days. She has followed up with us several times since to make sure everything was going well and offer answers to any additional questions we might have had. Overall, we have loved working with Beth and have recommended her to several of our friends and family.

Our refi could not have been any easier. We went with a major bank for our original loan and now we wish we would have started with Beth! Such a breath of fresh air!

  The exceptional professionalism and patience of this team is a breathe of fresh air in a climate that is usually predatory and foul. Our situation was not ordinary moving from Arizona to Tennessee. My wife has ALS and this area of Tennessee offers exceptional care and is close to friends and family. We were able to overcome obstacles much better due to the patience and kindness of this team.
