  Had to make an appointment to open an account for my son. Process took forever (1.5hrs). Nice folks, but something is awry at Citizens.

  The only way to get help is to cut in line!!! We came in this branch at 4:20PM, we knew we were the next customer in line and then there’s people that just came in wanted to get a notary they cut in line and the people working there knew we were standing there the whole time, and then told us to come back tomorrow because the one’s who cut in line wanted to get a notary are the last customer and they are closing. We already have a checking account with citizens and we wanted to open a savings account with them today!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  almost as bad as wells fargo. absolute scammers, still trying to get money from me on a closed acct at $0 🙄🙄 never recommend to anyone

  Had to wate on a response that was faxed to the legal department but the teller does not know how to fax. Now up to third try and still no go.

  The branch often has only one teller, and waits can be long. The bank itself nickles-and-dimes you to death with their fees, which are high vs. other banks in the area.
