      I have been a customer on this branch for so many years but lately I has been a nightmare. There is not enough people in the branch for wire transfer, the machine for the official checks is always broken and there is never enough staff for regular transactions! I feel bad because it seems like this branch is going down!

      Hours of operation are inconsistent, they say they open at 10 am mon-fri it is 10:20am and no one is here to open the branch.

      Ask for appointment, the blonde lady told me came tomorrow, she didn’t get my name or nothing she wanna just get ready of me . Came back next day , she told me you don’t have an appointment, bcze there nothing in my computer,so I have to told the story again, finally she accepted me to notarize some documents, but she was looking for any reason to get ready of me . Until she found one , I already signed the papers , she said you have to sign a front of me , I said I can sign them again if front of her , she refuse , she want me to go back to the court get new paper work and sign them of front of her , so I end up going to a bank America location, I was well treated and they notarized my paperworks with a precessional manner .my advice don’t go to citizen bank in stop and shop 540 squire road revere .

      Worst citizens bank I've ever been to. Awful customer service. So rude to customers. Called ahead for a change order, 45 minutes later it was not ready. Still had to wait over an hour to be seen. Two people working. Too understaffed with disrespectful tellers. Disappointing. Will be changing banks.
