  I had a Stage 4 and Boom 2 installed on a 17 Road Glide Ultra. Everyone knows the Stage 4 install has to be done correctly. They made sure it was perfect. For such a big busy dealer, they took the time to deal with me and address all my concerns. They found a master cylinder leak during the install. Good looking out. Customer Service A+. Thanks guys.

  I just had my motorcycle class there, the people are truly amazing, they really care about their students and they take their time with each student and make sure you can drive safely and gain the necessary skills, Sheryl and Kurt are the best, they made the class fun and exciting, I highly recommend going there.

  Boston Harley Davidson and Harley Davidson Financial are the worst in the industry. HDF has ruined the reputation of HD in a huge way. Charging 25% on financing and adding years to your loan as predatory practices. My sales person told me my rate was 12% it ended up being 23% with a 635 FICO. Then he changed his story when I found out what the rate really was and said, "oh thats because it's a recreational vehicle". The following week 2013 I purchased a new Lexus and received a 5% rate, from LEXUS FINANCIAL an awesome company!. These people at Harley are the biggest crooks, with collection tactics you would not believe. You cannot get anywhere with HDF if a mistake is uncovered. They over charge, add months to your loan as most predatory lenders do. My attorney said pay off the loan and we will sue them for violation of the Massachusetts banking commission laws. They're rude, use profanity, on collection calls, threats, and if that does not work they simply extend the term of the note without any recourse what so ever. I'm begging you, stay away from these crooks. Buy a Harley on e-bay if you have to have one or from a private party. Never use Harley Davidson Financial, a company currently under investigation. Harley's stock value has plummeted. In general, the employees read from scripts, will not allow you to speak, and are extremely rude. I paid $8,000.00 in interest on a $12,000 loan. If that isn't predatory lending I don't know what is.. The mafia would have treated me better, their rates are cheaper! NOW I have a very low fico score 500, and just bought yesterday another brand new Lexus RX 350 2020 and my rate is 7 1/2% NOT 25%...Once I realized what I got myself into, I was stuck financially as I could not pay the bike off in a lump sum as I was ill with heart surgery's. They don't care about you or anyone else. Every company has extended relief for the pandemic, GM, FORD and others on car loans, AT&T on Cell phone bills (because of the virus), US government delaying tax payments, etc. You will not hear any relief or even a message offered by Harley regarding current pandemic as they're all about the money not about the customer. Mark my words no message or relief from Harley Davidson is coming for borrowers regarding the pandemic. Greedy cheap, terrible people, terrible, I mean terrible..... STAY AWAY buy USED from private party or buy an INDIAN. UPDATE 6-620 Boston Harley Davidson responded that this review did not pertain to them, but it does, as thats where I purchased the motorcycle in question with financing provided by Boston Harley Davidson through HDFS. I would like recant my dis-satisfaction with Boston Harley Davidson as although I did purchase the bike there, I should not blame the dealership for the salesperson who is no longer there, and for the torture that HDFS Harley Davidson Financial Services, put me through for 82 months. This outfit is the biggest bunch of bandits on the planet. Boston Harley is not to blame for the way HDFS treated me for 82 months I guess. I should have known better not to take delivery of a bike at such a high rate from a predatory lender. The bike is paid off now and they're finally out of my life. My references to Pandemic relief , lack of where directed at Harley Davidson Financial Services and not Boston Harley Davidson.

  The Customer service here is unmatched. Laurel Ferraro and the whole parts department have gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions. Highly Recommend.

  Dropped my bike off as soon as the doors opened for a recall for the brake fluid to be flushed didnt get my bike back until the doors were closed. When i did finally pick it up there was brake fluid and scratches on the radiator cover and brake fluid all over calipers dripping down onto the wheels. I wouldn’t recommend have any work done in their service department. Very disappointed.

  Pushy to get a sale. Kids allowed to run around climb all over the brand new motorcycles. Jump on the and rub them obviously scratching them and very dangerous. Not to mention annoying when looking to purchase the bike and the kid jumps on it right in front of you stepping on the exhaust. 2 stars because it was clean and the parts guy was helpful and knowledgeable.
