  I was at Citizens Bank recently with my two brothers to close out our Mother's accounts. The customer service representative Chloe Sayers was absolutely super helpful. She was very patient, smiled a lot, and knew what she was doing. It was a time-consuming process and she treated us with total kindness and helped us understand what she was doing. You could see Branch Manager Paul James totally trusted her with us. I don't live there but if I did, I would certainly bank there.

  Customers are tired of seeing new workers. Lack of trust within the community for this. Constant new employees says a lot about an organization.

  Long lines. Long wait times. Long conversations. Long excuses on why something can’t be done. Doesn’t take long to find a better bank though.
